The civil service commission (CSC)is India’s chief regulating body which has all rights for conducting many competitive examinations for recruiting various civil service posts for the Indian government.
Civil Service Exams or the Indian Administrative Service are conducted mainly in phases, and they are mains and prelims. The prelims exam consists of objective questions, while the mains is based on the descriptive and essay type answering. 5. Yes! IAS preparation is incredibly demanding

It is not the myth about IAS is the toughest competitive exam in the entire nation, and it demands intensive practice and preparation. There is no standard format or the answer for the most generalize asked questions no matter how many hours does an IAS candidate need to give in every day. It will be different from candidate to candidate. So let’s talk about general perspective.

Time Required:

10-12 months of crazy training is the must. Four out of every 10 citizens(21-32 years) Dream to become an IAS officer. But only 5% of that citizens makes the cut. And the reason is no rocket science; It’s only because of their lake of planning and preparation they resort to. Let me tell you one thing clear a slow preparation and delayed preparation is utterly useless and equivalent to no preparation. The 5% who are passionate about it and make their self entirely in the IAS every day can make way through

6. Enjoy your preparation

We have to accept that; IAS preparation is a lengthy and tough process, but we will surely not find it easy if we don’t enjoy the journey to the destination. Preparing for IAS doesn’t mean you have to give up all your hobbies, make sure and keep some hobbies as it will make your preparation much more fun. If you have special love about anything make sure to keep it abreast during the preparation of IAS as this will keep you lively and light.
